Kyle Platt
About
Kyle Platt is an experienced employment law attorney at Phillips & Associates PLLC. Mr. Platt is a passionate advocate for employees who have been wronged by employers. He has litigated numerous cases in federal and state court, in addition to arbitrations, and regularly handles cases involving discrimination and retaliation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Platt was an Associate at an Am Law 100 firm where he represented employers with matters relating to employment and labor law. He regularly advised clients on employee relations and compliance with local, state, and federal laws. In addition, he conducted complex internal investigations regarding sensitive employee relations issues, including sexual harassment and disability management.
Mr. Platt attended Villanova Law School, where he was a Managing Editor of Student Works for the Environmental Law Journal. He also served as the Research Assistant for the Dean of Villanova Law School, Mark C. Alexander. Additionally, he interned before the Honorable Steven Tolliver in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, where he gained valuable insight into motion and trial practice.
Mr. Platt earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. While obtaining his undergraduate degree, Mr. Platt was the Lead Aquatics Instructor for the Pitt's Kids Program, which provides instruction in sports and aquatics to disadvantaged children.
