Mr. Wallace earned a Juris Doctorate degree from New England Law Boston in 2015. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in history from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama.

Mr. Wallace worked as a legal compliance specialist from November 2018-January 2020. In that role, he directed and managed the compliance department for a medium-sized trucking company. He was tasked with ensuring that the company operated within federal and state guidelines and created compliance and safety handbooks for drivers and office staff.
Most recently, he worked at another law firm as a law clerk and team leader, training staff and reporting to senior management on the status of current cases and work productivity of the staff. He handled money judgment lawsuits, nonpayment of rent and holdover evictions. He also negotiated contracts and settlement agreements for residential and commercial landlords, as well as gathered legal opinions on current COVID-19 laws and landlord-tenant procedures.
