Christine Hintze has experience representing workers against their employers when disputes include, but are not limited to, sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation, discrimination on the basis of gender, race, age, pregnancy, disability, LGBQT+ status, and/or religion, as well as wage and hour violations.
Since joining the firm, Ms. Hintze has resolved millions of dollars in settlements for her clients. In fact, Ms. Hintze was granted membership to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates forum after securing a $2,000,000 settlement involving allegations of sexual assault and quid pro quo sexual harassment brought by a former employee who worked at a major company in New York City.
Ms. Hintze’s clients include high level executives, who work in a number of different industries, including financial services, retail and fashion, health care and life sciences, restaurants and hospitality, manufacturing, and professional services. In many cases, Ms. Hintze has successfully assisted clients in settling matters before they evolve into litigation. If litigation is unavoidable, Ms. Hintze has represented individuals in federal and state court.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hintze was an Associate at ArentFox Schiff and Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman & Klestadt, where she assisted clients with matters relating to forced labor, customs, and international trade law. She regularly worked on cases before the Court of International Trade, and assisted with complex investigations, including False Claims Act issues.
Ms. Hintze attended Brooklyn Law School, where she served as a member of the Journal of Law and Policy and was honored with the Dennis J. Block Center for International Business Law Fellowship. During law school, Ms. Hintze interned before the Honorable Cathy Waldor in the District of New Jersey Federal Court, where she gained valuable insight into motion and trial practice.
Before law school, Ms. Hintze was a Paralegal at the Arcé Law Group, PLLC, where she assisted attorneys with employment discrimination cases through all stages of litigation. Ms. Hintze earned her undergraduate degree from Skidmore College.
