Chantale Moore brings a wealth of experience in litigation and legal research to her role as a Paralegal for Phillips & Associates. With a strong academic background, including a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and an M.S. in Criminal Justice from Boston University, Ms. Moore has developed expertise in areas such as personal injury, collection law, and family law. She is also trained in mediation, including divorce mediation, which further enhances her ability to resolve disputes effectively. Her work spans drafting complex pleadings, managing case files, and negotiating settlements. Ms. Moore’s commitment to client advocacy and legal excellence is evident in her meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume legal documentation, and she has a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal systems, ensuring they feel supported throughout their legal journey.
During her time in law school, Ms. Moore participated in the Children’s Rights and Family Law Clinic, where she represented low-income clients on various family law issues, demonstrating her commitment to advocacy and justice. She was also the Executive Assistant for the Black Law Students Association. Additionally, Ms. Moore has also contributed as the Senior Articles Editor for Impunity Watch and authored a notable publication analyzing France’s ‘Burkini Ban’ and its implications for secularism.
Prior to joining Phillips & Associates, Ms. Moore gained valuable experience working as a paralegal and law clerk at different law firms in New York State, where she played critical roles in conducting legal research, discovery, and working closely with attorneys to develop effective legal strategies.
