Michelle Caiola, Partner at Phillips & Associates, has now filed two lawsuits against Sean Combs for sexual assault. Yesterday, a federal suit was filed against Sean Combs for drugging and sexually assaulting her client Ms. Chrystal McKinney when she was only twenty-two years old. Read more here.
On Thanksgiving Day of last year, she filed suit on behalf of client Ms. Joi Dickerson-Neal who was just twenty-one years old when Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her. Read more here.

First, their sheer courage to publicly step up as named Plaintiffs against a powerful music star and mogul, risking unwanted publicity and a fear of retaliation. (It is notable that both of our clients found strength from Cassie Ventura’s bravery.) Second, this legal action would not have been possible if NY state and NYC city law had not provided look-back periods for victims of sexual assault occurring outside the statute of limitations. While the NYS Adult Survivor’s Act window has closed, NYC’s Gender Motivated Violence Act still allows such claims to be filed up to March 2025.”
